A G R E E M E N T
✦ By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.
✦ I retain ownership of my artwork and may use it for portfolio work and to self-promote in social media.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request I feel not capable of doing or not comfortable with.
✦ My commissions are not first come, first served.
✦ No rushing. TAT may be from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on how much work I have at the time. If you have a deadline, let me know so I can put you first in the queue.
✦ Credit me properly when sharing or posting my designs on social media (credit me somewhere in your page, bio or pinned tweet / post when uploading it as profile picture or banner).
✦ All commissions are for personal use only. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me. This will require a separate agreement defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the product.P A Y M E N T & P L A N S
✦ Prices are in $ USD.
✦ Payments are made via PayPal invoice.
✦ Prices may be adjusted depending on the character’s complexity and amount of details.
✦ You have 24 hours to pay the full amount after you get my invoice.
✦ Payment plans can be requested if the purchase exceeds $ 200.
✦ A non-refundable down payment worth the 50% of the final price must be given in the next 24 hours after getting my invoice, the remaining amount should be cleared as the following:
___ For $ 200 to $ 299 purchases: within the next 2 weeks.
___ For $ 300 to $ 599 purchases: within the next 4 weeks.
___ For + $ 600 purchases: can be discussed.
✦ If you delay your payments for more than 2 weeks, the art you were paying for will be canceled and will not be refunded, and you will be put on a blacklist.
✦ Only trusted buyers can make more purchases with an ongoing payment plan.
Important: Payment plans are not meant for postponing payment to the last day! Please make a partial payment at least once a week.R E F U N D S
✦ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to you. Some reasons why I might choose to do this:
___ poor communication;
___ rude / inappropriate behavior;
___ any kind of abuse;
___ I can't accomplish your request anymore due to personal reasons.
✦ You can ask for a refund at any time, but keep in mind the following:
___ commissions are non-refundable during or after the coloring stage;
✦ If you wish to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much of it has been completed. You will receive what has been completed up until the point of refund.O W N E R S H I P
✦ You are free to use your commissioned piece however you want, BUT:
___ do not trace it nor use it as a base;
___ do not claim the artwork as yours;
___ do not use my art in any other way that breaks my rules.
✦ You can:
___ make profile pictures, icons, or banners (for personal use);
✦ I allow commercial use in the next cases:
___ when my art will not be the primary part of the project, meaning it will only be used as reference for more artwork (character design reference for a game, a comic, etc.), an extra 100% of the final price must be paid;
___ when my art will be a primary thing, meaning it will be printed and sold as stickers, posters, wallpapers, etc., an extra 200% of the final price must be paid;
___ I get full credits as the artist, with my name / brand displayed somewhere visible in the post, page, printed element, etc.
Important: Requirements for commercial use may change depending on the commission and the project. Always discuss it with me beforehand.
✦ You can not use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), or cryptocurrency.
✦ You can not use the product to train any AI (artificial intelligence) program.P R O C E S S
✦ WIPs will be sent for the sketching and coloring phases.
✦ I will let you know which phase I am working on and confirm with you before I move on to the next phase.
✦ Sketching phase: allowed up to 5 minor revisions (ex. expression change, small detail change, adding small accessories, hand pose change, etc.) and 1 major revision (ex. pose change, outfit change, hairstyle change, etc.).
✦ Coloring phase: allowed up to 1 major revision (ex. complete palette change).
✦ Additional revisions will come with a fee of 25% of the final price.
✦ Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free.
✦ I will deliver the finished commission to your email.
✦ You will get a transparent background version by default. You can request another one with a simple background (solid color, gradient, simple pattern of my choice or provided by you, simple shapes of solid color, etc.) for free._{(Updated June 19, 2023)}Breaking any of my rules might result in a warning or blacklisting ! ! !
